Join us at the Capitol in Lansing to meet with your legislators on a day dedicated to advocating for libraries and celebrating the right to read!

On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, the Michigan library community will unite in support of all Michigan libraries at MLA’s Michigan Library Advocacy Day. Passionate and committed library advocates from all across Michigan will gather in Lansing to meet with legislators and build relationships while advocating for library funding and support and educating lawmakers about library issues.
