Formal sessions and vendor exhibits combine with networking and social activities in a fun and collaborative learning environment. Digital PlatformMLA is excited to once again partner with Hopin to produce the 2021 Spring Institute. Hopin is an all-inclusive digital event platform focused on connecting people across the globe. All attendees and exhibition personnel will be required to create a free Hopin account in order to access the event. The 2021 Conference will be hosted using Hopin.

Registration DeadlinesSponsor and Exhibitor registration Deadline: Monday, March 8, 2021 Booths are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Register to Sponsor or Exhibit at Spring Institute 2021AssignmentBooth listing order will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A participant email/mailing list will be provided once prior to the conference and once at the conclusion of the conference. The post-event list will include the booth chat transcript. Cancellation PolicyExhibitor booth and sponsorship cancellations must be received in writing by email no later than March 1, 2021, in order to qualify for a refund. After that date cancellations will not be refunded and amounts outstanding are owed. A $100.00 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. Sponsorships and advertisements must be canceled in writing no less than ten (10) days prior to the event to qualify for a refund. ConsentRegistration and attendance at, or participation in, MLA meetings or other activities constitutes an agreement by the registration to the use and distribution of the registrants or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions of such events and activities by MLA.
