MLA is pleased to partner with Emily Meinke from Google’s Ann Arbor campus to discuss their policy of ‘Ra dical Candor’ and continuous guidance. We will also learn how to lead your employees to the best of their potential, and how to develop and administer a clear evaluation process from two librarians experienced with evaluating employees.

A $35.00 processing fee will be applied to refunds for workshops. Within five (5) business days of the event, no refund will be issued. No-shows wil l be invoiced.
